A Little About Me.

I’m your average 44-year-old woman.

I’m not saying that there aren’t fun or special qualities about me that make me… me. There are! But I think it’s important to know that just like you, I’m doing my best to live my best life.

Having said that, I’m sure you’ve picked up I never try to portray an image about me or my life that isn’t real. What would be the point?

I spend most of days wearing yoga pants or shorts and a t-shirt. Dressing up makes me anxious— that’s the kind of person I am.

I should probably mention that I am a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance.

I would say I have a bubbly personality (most of the time!), love my husband and kids and all of our dogs; I have been plant-based for more than half my life (26 years) and love to eat. I also love yoga and how it can change anyone’s life. With four daughters and four dogs, life can get crazy. So, I try to find ways to live more mindfully to help create a little more space and a little more quiet because to live well is to eliminate or reduce stress.

If you’re here, we probably have some of those shared interests— I’m stoked! I always love to share a good vegan recipe or little household tip. And I hope you enjoy some of my yoga sequences and playlists in return!

I believe that taking good care of the whole body— physical, emotional and spiritual— is critical to living your best life.

And besides, what goes around, comes around… and it all comes around.
